In general, the youngest you are the better you learn a language. Consequently, the parents should be more aware of their children's Education. They could show them cartoon in other languages, for instance. It would not be necessary a very strong instruction: the little details that they did would be enough for help them in the future, when the teaching is harder. It is demonstrated that it is increasingly difficult to learn a foreing language as you get older. Thus, as a conclusion, we should not lose this oportunity for try to be bilingual if it is possible.
